When you create an account or sign in, HypeUp uses a secure session cookie so that you remain signed in as you move through the Services. This cookie is set by our authentication provider, Supabase, and contains only a session identifier used to recognise your signed-in session on our own domains.

To protect the Services from bots and automated abuse, our sign-up flow uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may use its own cookies or similar storage to determine whether the visitor is human. These technologies are operated by Cloudflare in accordance with Cloudflare's own policies and are used only to secure the sign-up process.

We store certain preferences on your device so we can respect your choices across visits. For example, we remember the language you select so the Services appear in your preferred language, and we remember lightweight interface choices such as whether you have collapsed a sidebar.

Preferences are stored in browser storage on your device and are not used to track you elsewhere. You can clear them by clearing your browser data for the HypeUp domain.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and marketing pages. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect aggregated, non-identifying information such as pages visited, time on site, and approximate geographic region. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our content and improve the Services.

We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual users, and we do not combine analytics data with personal information to profile or target you. Merchant storefronts built on HypeUp may also keep small identifiers in session storage for features such as visitor galleries and blog views.

First-party cookies are set by HypeUp on our own domains when you use the Services. They include the essential and authentication cookies that keep the Services running and keep you signed in.

Our use of first-party cookies is limited to what is necessary to operate and secure the Services, and we keep these cookies as lean as possible.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers whose technologies may set cookies or similar storage when you use the Services:

• Supabase — provides authentication and secure session handling.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the sign-up flow against bots and abuse.
• Google Analytics — measures usage of our website and marketing pages.

These providers operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. We use them to support short-lived activities such as visitor identifiers for storefront galleries and blog views.

Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. We use them for preferences such as your chosen language. Because the exact expiry varies, we rely on the defaults set by our providers and by your browser.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view the cookies stored on your device, block cookies from specific sites, and clear all cookies and site data when you close the browser.

Please note that if you block or delete essential cookies, parts of the Services may not function correctly, and you may be signed out of your account. Clearing your browser data for HypeUp will also clear preferences stored on your device, such as your language, cart, and saved items.

HypeUp is intended for individuals who are 15 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 15 to create or maintain an account or use HypeUp's services. If we become aware that an individual under 15 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information and restrict or terminate the associated account.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or the technologies we use. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services.
