Refund Policy

HypeUp is a software-as-a-service platform that provides online stores, point-of-sale tools and related business services. Because our product is digital and access is granted immediately after payment, the terms in this policy apply to all subscription purchases.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between the two, the Terms of Service prevail for contractual matters and this policy governs refund handling.

HypeUp plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Promotional offers such as free trials or the Founder Member offer (3 months free) do not require card details and are not auto-converted into paid subscriptions without your explicit action.

When a trial or offer period ends, you choose whether to move to a paid plan. No charge is made unless you actively subscribe.

Because HypeUp grants instant access to digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. However, we will consider a full or partial refund in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same billing cycle (duplicate charge).
• You were charged after cancelling, where the cancellation was clearly made before the renewal date.
• A verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the platform for a significant part of the paid period.
• You were billed for a plan you did not select due to a clear error in our checkout or billing system.

Refunds, where approved, are returned through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear.

Requests are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days. We may contact you for additional details to verify the request. Each request is assessed fairly and in line with this policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, your store data remains available for a reasonable period so you can export products, orders and customer information.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
