1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HypeUp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

HypeUp provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for creating and managing online stores. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided as specified in our refund policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

HypeUp is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
