Shipping Policy

HypeUp sells software services, not physical goods. There is no physical shipment required to use the platform: your online store, dashboard and tools are delivered digitally and become available as soon as your account is activated.

This policy also covers the limited situations in which a physical item may be sent to you, such as printed onboarding material or promotional items, where explicitly agreed.

All HypeUp plans are delivered digitally. Immediately after signup and any required payment, you receive access to your store builder, dashboard, point-of-sale tools and related features through your account.

If you do not receive access after completing signup, contact us and we will restore access promptly at no extra cost.

Where HypeUp or a merchant arranges a physical shipment, the following applies:

• Delivery timelines and fees are shown to you before the order is confirmed.
• Delivery addresses must be complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
• Shipments within Pakistan are typically handled through third-party courier services, and tracking details are shared where available.
• Risk of loss passes to the recipient on delivery by the courier.

For any physical shipments: major cities typically receive deliveries within 2 to 4 business days, while other areas may take 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. These timelines are estimates and may vary with courier conditions, public holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us with your order or shipment reference. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed of the outcome.

For issues relating to an order you placed on a merchant store built with HypeUp, please contact that merchant directly; their own shipping and refund policies apply to the products they sell.

If a courier cannot deliver a package because of an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the package may be returned to the sender. Re-delivery may require an additional shipping fee where applicable.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with an updated revision date.
